Terms of Use

These terms apply to ACC, the private dashboard at acc.mobiappglobal.org, operated by Iason Schizas, Greece (the "operator"). By signing in you accept them.

1. Private, invitation-only service

ACC is a private tool, not a public or commercial service. Only people the operator has personally invited may use it, each with their own Google account. Invitations are personal: do not share your access, and do not try to reach ACC on behalf of someone else.

2. What you may do

• Invited viewers may view the information ACC shows. Only the operator can make changes.
• You must not try to bypass the sign-in, reach parts of ACC you were not given access to, interfere with its operation, or test its security without the operator's written permission.

3. Confidentiality

Information shown in ACC is the operator's own operational information. Keep it confidential: do not copy, publish or pass it on without the operator's permission.

4. Availability and no warranty

ACC is provided "as is", free of charge, for the operator's own purposes. It may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn at any time without notice. No guarantee is given that it will be available, complete or error-free.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, ACC. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Ending access

The operator may remove anyone's access at any time. You may stop using ACC at any time and may ask for your access to be removed at privacy@mobiappglobal.org.

7. Privacy

How your sign-in information is used is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Law

These terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules.

9. Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
